    Our Services include the sale and information of desi homemade products, including but not limited to pickles (achar), honey, ghee, masale, and related traditional food products.

    The Services are intended for use within India. Users accessing from other regions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

    2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    All content available on the Site including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, and branding (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Desi Aamrit.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
    Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

    3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

    By using the Services, you represent that:

        • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

        • All information provided is accurate and current

        • You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes

        • You will comply with all applicable Indian laws

      4. USER REGISTRATION

      You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

      5. PRODUCTS

      We make every effort to display product details accurately. However:

          • Product colour, texture, or appearance may slightly vary due to natural ingredients and screen displays

          • All products are subject to availability

          • Prices may change without prior notice

        6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

        We accept payments via:

            • UPI

            • Debit / Credit Cards

            • Net Banking

            • Other payment gateways enabled on the Site

          All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian law.

          We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or resale.

          7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

          Due to the nature of food and homemade consumable products:

          All sales are final.
          No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.

          If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

          8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

          You agree not to:

              • Misuse the website or its content

              • Attempt unauthorized access

              • Upload malicious software

              • Engage in fraudulent activities

              • Use the Services for resale without permission

            Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

            Any reviews, comments, or feedback shared:

                • Must be genuine and lawful

                • Must not be abusive, misleading, or defamatory

              By submitting content, you grant Desi Aamrit the right to use it for marketing or display purposes without compensation.

              12. SOCIAL MEDIA

              By linking social media accounts, you allow us access only as permitted by your privacy settings. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.

              13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

              We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or remove content or users to maintain service integrity.

              15. TERM & TERMINATION

              Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
              If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

              19. CORRECTIONS

              20. DISCLAIMER
