NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

All products sold on www.desiaamrit.com are food and consumable items.
Hence:

โŒ We do not accept returns
โŒ We do not offer refunds or exchanges
โŒ Order cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed

All sales are final.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

We do not accept complaints for:

  • Taste preference issues

  • Change of mind

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Minor leakage caused during transit without product damage
