Since our products are food items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, exceptions may apply in certain situations mentioned below.
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is damaged during delivery
The wrong product has been delivered
The product packaging is tampered or leaking
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Taste preference issues
Product opened or partially consumed
Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
Once we verify your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the product, or
Refund of the order amount
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
The refund may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
